Hananeel, a fusion jazz band with a new innovative sound created from the influences of jazz, fusion, rock, funk and gospel. The sound resonates with excitement, inspiration, and creativity from six of the most progressive minds in music today. Based out of Indianapolis, Indiana, band members, Peppy Smith on synths, Keith A. Phelps on synths and piano, Leland Crenshaw on guitar, Kenny Phelps on drums, Hamilton Hardin on guitar and sax, and Keith Phelps on bass have an extraordinary cohesiveness combining over 20 years of experience that constructs the foundation on which Hananeel's musical structure resides.
Experiences that include performing for President Bill Clinton, Grammy nominated production, international touring, performing with renown artist such as Slide Hampton, Eartha Kit, George Duke, and Winton Marsalis. Hananeel's vision and purpose is to penetrate every facet of music media, setting the standard in music formulation, preparation, and performance.
